How much does registration cost for a construction company?
Free for 30 days, then from €39 excl. VAT/month (Starter plan, 1 user, 3 active offers). Pro and Enterprise plans for teams.
What documents must I provide to be verified?
Trade register (RCCM/CBI), tax certificate, professional body (Order of Architects or equivalent per trade), 10-year liability insurance certificate (if applicable), 3 references from past projects.
How long does verification take?
48 to 72 working hours. We systematically call the 3 past client references (the famous 'missing phone call' on other platforms).
How are jobs allocated?
The diaspora client publishes their brief, verified companies receive the notification, each sends its proposal. The client compares and decides. No platform favouritism.
Am I obliged to accept escrow payment?
Yes — it's the counterpart of the 'verified' label. In exchange, you are guaranteed payment within 3 days of milestone validation (versus 30–90 days on average when dealing directly).
What happens if the client wrongly refuses a milestone?
Free mediation within 5 days. Our statistics show 87% of disputes are resolved in the company's favour when the work is properly documented (photos, reports, delivery notes).
